Typography - The art or process of setting and arranging types and printing from them.
Portrait - a pictorial representation of a person usually showing the face. Directions/Project Objectives Using only one typeface, with various weights, build a typographic portrait of yourself, or someone famous (movie star, musician, politician...someone recognizable). I would prefer that your pieces be black and white, but you could use color. Make a new document in Photoshop or Illustrator that is 11" X 17" at 240ppi. Art & Design Concepts in this lesson...
